With a Chef career that began at George Brown College in Toronto in 2010, Jessica’s journey has taken her through numerous kitchens in both Toronto and Winnipeg, showcasing her unwavering dedication to her craft. From local shops to even coaching at Fit Club, her culinary pursuits reflect her passion for Food & Flavour.
“Almusanghalian” is a combination of two Tagalog words: “Almusal,” meaning Breakfast, and “Tanghalian,” meaning Lunch. This fusion encapsulates Jessica’s approach to cooking, where she defies conventional boundaries and creates her own rules. Drawing inspiration from her chef idols, David Chang and Alvin Cailan, Jessica believes that food is best remembered when it’s intertwined with cherished memories.
