In 2022, Marie Mallari showcased her exceptional skills on a grand stage, leading her team to victory in the prestigious cake competition, “The Big Bake Holiday Season 3” on the Food Network. The challenge was monumental: craft an intricately designed cake with moving elements that was not only visually stunning but also delectable. In just 5 hours, Marie and her team created a Balikbayan box-themed cake, capturing the essence of a Filipino Christmas. Their creation, an Ube Macapuno cake, left the judges enchanted, and they claimed the title of Big Bake Champion along with a sweet prize of $10,000.
